pillow's done, dog's pretty happy with it. problem is, my son likes it too. the dog always lets him win.
i didn't follow the instructions entirely, i only used one bed pillow and i left one side open.

Cinnamon!!! I miss you!!! When can the Hudas go over..? I need to acquaint Nad to nice dogs. :-)
I'm still procrastinating.. haha... What needles did you use? I think the ones I have at home will break...
inspira - i'm leaving on the 6th and will be back on the 14th. so after that?
e - i used a tapestry needle, it's what i use for sewing my knitting together. these needles have rounded tips and large eyes. i bought mine from spotlight 2 years ago. any yarn shop should have them. i sewed the pieces together using a simple cotton-bamboo blend yarn (again from spotlight. the instructions didn't really say how to sew the pieces,so i first make 1/4 inch stithes with 1/4 inch spaces between them and then turn the pieces over and sew the other direction, filling up the spaces with stitches as i go along the edge. pretty simple - took me less than 2 hours.
