I'm not a party animal. Ask any of my friends and they'll tell you - I'll be much happier at the back of the room (or in the middle if it calls for it), sipping juice and chat up with friends.
I was first intrigued by Loof for its location : high floor surrounded by an all glass windows. Loof is the somewhat typically Singaporean short-tongued pronounciation of "roof", which basically is where Loof is - right at the top of Odeon Towers. Loof terms itself a bar on a roof.
I don't know who Loof employs as their marketing tool but it's always a delight to get their monthly flyer-emails. ~ Inspira
