a little bit of blue

E brought back all my american-magazines-back-issues - they are back issues because i wasn't in c-ville to receive them with open arms. i had renewed Martha Stewart Weddings since they promised to throw in 6 issues of Blueprint if I renewed my 4-issues-a-year Weddings. it sounded like a good deal and despite a lacklustre performance I still believe that Blueprint will ultimately pull through. E filled up his suitcases with all my crap and among them, a duplicate issue of MS Weddings - I trawled the marthastewart website and let me reiterate a (likely) common knowledge: the email address of their subscription service is as elusive as the holy grail (Dan Brown's version). Anyhoo, I've requested that they add another issue to my subscription and I was promised a reply in 2 business days. we'll see. darn, i'm a little sick of my cynicism.

On a brighter note, my "trawl" brought me to a design/fashion/DIY oasis - Bluelines, a blog by all the folks at Blueprint. Fabulous and sassy. cheerio Martha and I look forward to reading the new issue of Blueprint. Yours truly, a prodigal fan. ~exp.
