High Infidelity

I finally got moving : the series of painting which image I have had etched in my head for the longest time.

In the course of our move to our new home, my brother "inherited" my worldly possessions of my Winsor & Newton brushes and tubes of acrylic as I had then temporarily ceased painting - not for the lack of passion but the lack of creative intermission in the process of wedding preparation, house hunt and renovations.

So, I started painting again recently, starting a new relationship with Daler-Rowney. There's some kind of fervour in the way I paint the last few days. I'm not quite sure what it is yet but I do like the feeling of "letting go". I felt like I was "in my element".

My hands extended my soul through my brushstrokes. ~ Inspira
