sea fest

i was on a prowl for recipes when all of a sudden, i start to miss my sisters - it seems a little surreal that we are going to be in one country after 9 years of living apart in different continents...i know my lovely sister serene will love this seafood shooter recipe :)

as for E and my dinner, we will have steamed mussels + clams and seared tuna, topped off with a rosé ... this glazed tuna looks good too but i'm not entirely in the mood for tamarind. ~exp.
